Procedures
- Surgery is performed Monday through Friday by appointment only
- Check in time is 7:30AM for cats, and 8:00AM for dogs. Pets arriving more than 15 minutes late will be rescheduled.
- Pick up time is at 4:00PM the day of surgery.
- We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), licensed rescues may pay via PayPal, but must include service charges.
- Your pet may not have food or water after 9PM the night before surgery. Kittens and puppies younger than 4 months may not have food after 7:00am the day of surgery. Any health concerns must be relayed to the clinic staff at check-in.
- Feral cats must be in humane traps, one per trap. Owned cats must be in a carrier. Dogs must be on leash.
- Feral cats will be sedated prior to handling by our clinic staff - no exceptions.
